Covid 19 prevention policy

In these uncertain times it is important you know what steps we are taking to keep you all safe. 

Our toys are shipped from a UK based fulfilment centre, we do not take them ourselves to the Post Office. 

Within the fulfilment centre:

- very few numbers of staff on site

- only one dedicated person doing the picking and packing

- all staff are observing social distancing

- wearing gloves whilst unpacking all inbound stock, and washing hands regularly throughout the day 

- door handles and potential contact points are being sanitised 2-3 times a day

- following all Government guidelines in the effective wearing of protective equipment and will wear masks if advised

- is based in Somerset (U.K.) which currently has lower than average reported cases of Covid 19
